Yuxi Zhuang comes from China and is currently a doctoral student in School of Media Arts & Studies. Her research interests include globalized media, critical cultural studies and feminist film studies. Her recent study explores gender representation in media, especially how working women are portrayed in films in China and the US.
Before entering the doctoral program, she worked in top PR agencies in China with teams represent automobile brands, Audi and Jaguar & Land Rover. She is experienced in branding and integrated marketing project executive and management.
