This Spring, Ohio University Media Arts & Studies students interested in storytelling and digital media will have the opportunity to take an exciting and unique course.
Storytelling, Technology & Digital Media in Theme Parks will examine media design and storytelling principles that are employed in the development of public attractions and amusement parks. Most notably, the course culminates in a week-long visit to Orlando for field study at the parks of Walt Disney World and Universal Studios.
Storytelling, Technology & Digital Media in Theme Parks (COMM 4023) is open to students with senior standing and 15 credit hours of COMS or ITS or JOUR or MDIA or VICO. The program also requires an application.
