HTC MDIA senior Joe Cox’s game ‘You Must be 18 or Older to Enter’ has been selected as part of SXSW Gaming’s inaugural Student Showcase.

SXSW Gaming has selected its finalists for the inaugural Student Showcase presented by The Art Institutes, which takes place at the SXSW Gaming Expo from March 16 – 18.
With 50 entries from top students and leading programs from around the world, SXSW Gaming staff tested each and every game to determine which would be present for the first-ever Student Showcase.
Of these great entries, only 10 finalists were selected for the 2017 SXSW Gaming Conference & Festival:
Arrow Heads – OddBird Studios / Sheridan College
Awkward Dimensions Redux – StevenHarmonGames / Denver School of the Arts
Blink – nextReality Games / Southern Methodist3.
Come Back Home – Bowling Green State University
Epitaph – NYU Game Center
From Ashes – Cinco de Maya / Art Institute of Phoenix
Grassdancer – Sugarscape Games / USC
Intruders: Hide & Seek – Tessera Studios / U-Tad
Lily – Colors of Santa Luz – ISART DIGITAL
