Earn one college credit toward your Media Arts and Studies degree at Ohio University when you attend the 2016 summer workshop! The School of Media Arts & Studies will hold its international High School Media Workshop in July.
The workshop offers high school students the opportunity to interact with our faculty while learning the latest techniques in audio & music, video, animation, social media, and specializations in many additional academic areas. Registration for the program is $375 and includes a three-night stay as well as all-inclusive meals. Students will be residing in OHIO’s newest facilities (linens included) with access to a first-of-its-kind Living Learning Center located at 111 South Green Drive.
The Living Learning Center connects with the residence halls to promote both a positive residential experience and comprehensive living-learning environment. Students will also enjoy engaging activities in the Living Learning Center as well as on the recreational green space located adjacent to the facilities. Parking will be conveniently located and parking permits are available during registration.
A limited number of competitive scholarships are available for students from underrepresented groups. Registration closes June 3, 2016 so please don't delay as the High School Media Workshop will sell out again in 2016!
